1. About these terms

Baboon Play is the developer brand used for Pixel Coloring.

Pixel Coloring is an Android puzzle game. These terms are between you and the individual developer identified in Who we are in our privacy policy, referred to here as "we", "us" and "our". They cover the game, including test versions, and this website.

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled and how to exercise privacy choices. These terms do not replace a consent choice or grant permission for advertising or analytics processing.

2. Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play the game for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. The game is intended for teenagers and adults aged 13 and over. If you are a minor, obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required by the law that applies to you, including before making a purchase.

No separate game account or purchase is required to play. Local gameplay is available without Play Games sign-in. Purchases, advertising and cloud saving need an internet connection and the relevant provider's services. Your network provider may charge for data.

3. Purchases and refunds

Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes banner ads and ads between levels. Optional rewarded videos for boosts remain available after purchase.

Google Play processes the payment. Check the price, currency and any applicable taxes shown in its purchase screen before confirming. Purchase availability and prices can differ by country. Use an account and payment method you are authorised to use.

You can use Restore purchases in Settings > Ads & purchases to check ownership with Google Play. Use the Google account that made the purchase. Purchase ownership is restored through the store separately from cloud progress.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. You can also contact us about purchase problems or a refund request. Nothing here removes a right to a refund, withdrawal or another remedy that the law gives you. Uninstalling the game does not itself request a refund.

4. Advertising

The game can display banners, ads between levels and optional rewarded videos. Ad availability and rewards depend on a successfully completed ad and confirmation from the advertising service. You do not have to choose a rewarded video to continue normal gameplay.

Ad services use the privacy choices and protections described in our privacy policy. An ad may link to a third-party service with its own terms. Displaying an ad is not an endorsement of the advertised product. Please report inappropriate ads or missing rewards to us.

5. Progress and cloud saves

The game saves progress locally. Google Play Games also attempts to sign in when the game starts. Successful sign-in connects automatic cloud saving unless you previously turned it off. If sign-in is cancelled or unavailable, you can keep playing locally.

Settings > Save Your Progress lets you save or retry connecting. To restore on another device, use the same Play Games account and allow syncing to finish. Completed levels can be combined across saves; if unfinished pictures conflict, the game may ask which one to continue.

Before reinstalling, clearing app storage or changing devices, check that saving has succeeded. Offline changes may not yet be in the cloud. Local data can be lost when storage is cleared, and network or provider failures can delay syncing or recovery. Contact us if progress does not restore as expected.

You can manage platform sign-in and delete Google-held game data through the controls linked in Your choices and rights. Deleting cloud data does not automatically delete local copies; reconnecting a device with saved progress can upload it again.

6. Fair use and ownership

The game, website, artwork, audio and software are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to us or their respective rights holders. The licence to play does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party licences and rights continue to apply.

Do not use the game or website unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, exploit purchases or rewards fraudulently, or redistribute the game or its assets without permission. This does not restrict uses or exceptions permitted by applicable law.

7. Availability and updates

We may update the game to fix problems, improve gameplay, add content or meet security, legal or platform requirements. Keep the game and required platform software up to date. Test versions may contain unfinished features or defects.

Google Play, Play Games and advertising services have their own terms and availability. Temporary outages can affect purchases, ads or cloud saves. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device will remain supported indefinitely.

For a material reduction or discontinuation of a paid feature, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law. Nothing in this section removes our obligations concerning purchased features, necessary updates or faulty digital content.

8. Your rights

We will provide the game with reasonable care and skill. If it fails to work as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content. You keep any right to bring a complaint or claim before a competent authority or court under applicable law.
